ALL Sessions will be outdoors. This means you'll have to be willing to deal with the possible reschedule, if weather doesn't line up for us.

This is a private online calendar that you will use to schedule your session Date & Time. The LINK to view this calendar will be emailed to you during the month of APRIL. It will be available for 30 days. Multiple emails will be sent out to make sure you schedule your session. For the few that do not schedule their session, I will assign a date and time for the soonest opening where ever I can fit them in.

YUP… All you have to do is email me and let me know you need to reschedule and what dates you are hoping for. It might take me a bit to make it happen, but I am usually able to get it done. However, please keep in ind that the later in the season we are, the more difficult it is for me to pull this off for you.

The most common reason we have to reschedule is due to weather. Rain is the biggest issue, but sometimes it might actually be too hot or too cold. I'll typically decide a whether related reschedule, the night before the session.

Another reason to reschedule is if someone is sick. I'm a fan of cliche sayings like, "Tough it out." and "Just get it done." but NOT when you're sick. C'mon now...

***PLEASE NOTE***
Rescheduling is risky. What if it's a packed month for photo sessions and weddings? This might mean you miss out on the summer look and get bumped back to the end of the season. By the way… ABSOLUTELY no session can be rescheduled to the fall. It’s the busiest month for me so it’s just not possible.

Rescheduling complicates things for everyone and I really want to avoid it as much as possible. However… Weather, illness, and emergencies are just out of our control. So we just all put our adult pants on and try try try again. It’s the best I can do for you. I do not ever guarantee that I can or will be able to accomodate your specific date and time rescheduling needs but I will always try my best. Once again, the later into the season the more difficult and risky rescheduling becomes.

The structure of this promotion forces me to shoot multiple session on the same day. Although locations will be predetermined, I do ask you for your location preferences during the checkout process before you pay. I take these location preferences into consideration heavily while planning.

The next Day… unless I’m sick or something… Geeze have a heart… JK… seriously though…The next day I will upload the Original files straight from the camera for you to choose your favorites. I will edit your favorites and DELETE the rest. Unless you decide to purchase other images at the discounted rate. I will make sure you have enough time to choose. Then you just download the Edited & FINISHED files straight to your phone.

Well this is where it gets a bit difficult for me… I say the following with LOVE.

I’m leaving the “Calendar of Availability” open for 30 days. That means no other sessions will be accepted until my PROMO clients (you lovely peeps) secure their dates. Holding the calendar open longer can hurt me financially, soooo…. there has to be a cut off.

There will be multiple email reminders in APRIL to let you know that the calendar is open. So make sure you give me your best email address.

Those who schedule the soonest will likely get the best dates and times slots.

This Low Priced Promo is partially made possible due to cost effective background automation. Which means I can NOT offer any Text reminders or phone calls and I really want to avoid manual reschedules as much as possible. Getting involved manually costs time and this promo is barely covering the cost of the session time.

If you wait until the last minute to schedule and do not like the availability options that remain, just contact me at info@TimeShotsinc.com and be ready to be flexible because weekend dates will likely be off the table. Remember there are serious limitations that come with such a low price point.

NOW….. If after 30 days and multiple email reminders you still did NOT scheduled your session… Then that will be considered a forfeit on your part and your promo gift certificate will be voided. At this point there is nothing more I can do.

YAAAAssssss.... Jump on-board. These are so much fun for me. You will have enough time for one outfit, but if we hustle a little bit, we can squeeze in a 2nd outfit too.

YES. This can be a mix of two families or even multi-generation. The catch is that we only have a set amount of time because the next session will be waiting. Large groups are doable, as long as every knows we are going to need to hustle and pay attention. THESE ARE SO MUCH FUN. Grand parents LOVE it.

YES. 2 years and older tend to do just fine. I recommend bringing their favorite toy, blanket, and snack. I hate to say this but a little bit of bribery can go a LONG LONG way with these little cuties.

Sorry but the answer is a Loving NO for this one. You need a calmer and more customized session. Your Baby controls the entire session. So parents and I are forced to go with the flow. YES, you can totally be apart of this promo. Since most headshots and profile pics do not show much background, location options might not affect you. Saving me time and allowing me to get back out there and shoot more, instead of staring at a computer screen. It's super affordable too. Typically between $10 and $30 a file. If there is something specific you want done, we can get an estimate before you are charged.
